Job Description
We’re MAk TECH SOLUTION, a fast-growing company based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. We hold the Elite Author status on ThemeForest and are the exclusive Webflow Template Designer as well as the only Web flow Professional Partner from Bangladesh. We specialize in crafting WordPress themes, plugins, and Webflow templates for users around the world
Job Requirements:
- Deep Knowledge of WordPress Hook, Request Life Cycle, WordPress Database & Basic RDBMS.
- Excellent proficiency in core PHP & OOP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Problem solver, good at documentation utilization (WordPress, Elmentor, third-party API documents, etc.).
- Developing Elementor widgets is a significant advantage, but it’s not mandatory.
- Gutenberg block development knowledge is a plus, good team player and reports to the team leader.
- Good at communication and agile collaboration with team members.
- Develop and maintain custom WordPress plugins to enhance site functionality.
- Optimize WordPress back-end functionalities for performance and scalability.
- Collaborate closely with front-end developers and designers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex back-end issues, ensuring high performance and availability.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for code and development processes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve our WordPress solutions.
- Ensure the security of WordPress installations by following best practices and guidelines.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with team members.
Academic Qualification:
- Skills Required: PHP, WordPress, Raw PHP, WordPress Development, WordPress Plugin Development, PHP Programming, WordPress Theme and Plugin Development, Advanced WordPress Development.
- Academic Qualification: At least graduation or diploma at CSE. But we don’t care about your academic background if you’re a well-versed and good fit for the position.
- Others: Must be honest, loyal, ethical, and have good manners.
Experience :
At least 2 years.
